APST 2300 - Community Engagement in Appalachia CI

This course is an introduction to the origins, theory, and practice of community engagement in Appalachian. By exploring and working with local community partner agencies, the course will focus on engaging students with the people, the culture, and the systemic social and environmental issues that continue to challenge the Appalachian region.
