BIOL 3983 - Literature Review

Prerequisites: Junior Status – required of all Junior Biology Majors. Students will learn to research a scientific topic of interest to them through perusal of current scientific literature. Through this research, students will construct an introduction to a scientific paper based on their research, as well as a powerpoint presentation of their research to be presented at the end of the semester to the class. Students will also each have the responsibility of leading a presentation and discussion of a current scientific journal article.When Offered: Fall yearly
