BUSP 4800 - Tools and Assessment in Organizational Development

This course explores advanced strategies, tactics, and measurement instruments, both qualitative and quantitative, to develop data driven conclusions and recommendations to positively impact an organization’s effective use of its human capital. This enables the organization to increase the effectiveness of human capital in organizational settings, achieve higher levels of employee engagement, grow employee alignment in selection, placement and development actions, drive change, identify and measure components that comprise the organizational culture. Students will understand and apply various tools and assessment instruments to define challenges and design recommendations that improve organizational outcomes.
