BUSP 4420 - Predictive Modeling 3 hours Prerequisites: COMM 2010 or MATH 2000 with a grade of C- or better This course introduces the application of statistics to analytics. It uses regression theory and application to estimate parameters for multivariate models, including those with categorical, qualitative, or an otherwise limited dependent variable. A statistical software will be utilized for estimation. Topics covered may include linear probability models, logistic models, probit models, ordinary least squares, maximum likelihood estimation, classification, clustering, and association.
