MUSI 4442 - Choral Arranging

Prerequisites: MUSI 2243 . with a grade of “C-” or better.
The study of choral arranging techniques, including age and skill-level appropriate vocal ranges, and part-writing. A variety of musical styles will be addressed through varied classroom assignments and projects. Students will complete arrangements to be performed on a regular basis with culminating projects that will be arranged for choir or choral ensemble to be performed by an appropriate ensemble.
