FINC 3020 - Principles of Finance 3 hours Prerequisites: MATH 1113 and ACCT 2101 with a grade of “C-” or better. This course is an introduction to basic principles of finance. The course introduces techniques for effective financial planning and decision-making and for assessing the impact of financial decisions on the company or organization. Topics covered include: value, risk, financing, debt and payout, financial analysis and planning, special considerations for public organizations, and international finance.
