Requirements for the Minor (18 semester hours)

All courses must be completed with a grade of “C-” or better to be applied towards graduation requirements.

• MUSI 1144 - Aural Skills II
• MUSI 1101-___ - Class Instrument ¹
• MUSI 1102-___ - Class Instrument ¹
• MUSI 1521-____ - Applied Major Instrument 1 hour
• MUSI 1522-____ - Applied Major Instrument 1 hour
• MUSI 2521-____ - Applied Major Instrument 1 hour (2 hours total)
• MUSI 1135-____ - Ensemble (4 hours total)

Note:

¹ If the principal instrument is neither piano nor organ, the secondary instrument is two semesters of class piano. If the principal instrument is piano or organ, the secondary instrument is two semesters of class or applied study of any instrument other than piano and organ.
