BUSP 4500 - Database and Information Systems

Credits: 3 hours
This course familiarizes students with the way in which organizations use systems to provide decision-relevant information and how organizations design and implement systems to meet their needs. Students also need to understand how technology may be employed to further the strategic objectives of the firm. Students will use database software to learn about database design and programming, especially structuring a relational database and performing queries. Previously ACCT 4200.
