ODLD 2130 - Group Development I

This course introduces students to a variety of group development activities and initiatives. Students explore self-concept, communication, problem solving and cooperation through active participation in class activities. Facilitation and debriefing are also discussed in addition to the importance of reflection in the experiential learning process.
