Guide to Student Life
Student Records

|
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) allows students to access and request amendment to their educational records and limits the ability of others to access those records, except as authorized by law. Academic records are compiled and maintained in the Office of the Registrar while student conduct records are under the jurisdiction of the Student Conduct Administrator. Students may authorize the release of their educational records by signing a FERPA Release form. Such forms are kept on file in the Office of the Registrar. The full Young Harris College FERPA Policy is available in the College catalog and online at yhc.edu/academics/academic-records/.
