HIST 2111 - American History I 3 hours

Courses Related to the Program of Study (48 hours)

All courses must be completed with a grade of “C-” or better to be applied towards graduation requirements.

Lower Division Required Courses (9 hours)

HIST 1112 - Survey of Civilization II 3 hours
HIST 2112 - American History II 3 hours
COMM 2010 - Social Statistics 3 hours or
MATH 2000 - Elementary Statistics 3 hours

Upper Division Required Courses in the Major (39 hours)

HIST 4990 - Historiography/Methods; Senior Presentation 3 hours
Select twelve additional HIST courses 3000 level or higher.

General Electives (41 hours)

A maximum of two PALS (Physically Active Life Skills) courses may be used as general electives.
