PALS 1139 - Power Yoga 1 hour Prerequisites: PALS 1137 and PALS 1138 with a grade of “C-” or better. Students will be able to practice a more vigorous approach to the postures, including more intensive breathwork. This kind of class produces more internal heat, strengthening the heart and lungs and detoxing the body. This course can be repeated with permission from the instructor.
