Prerequisites: POLI 1100 with a grade of “C-” or better.
This course focuses on American Institutions that affect American public policies. The course addresses formal institutions such as Congress, the Presidency, and Courts and other less formal institutions such as private property, markets, and marriage and how the interdependent institutions drive policy changes in fundamental and incremental ways.
