Finally an attempt to instruct the student on cooking techniques for fresh fruit and vegetables culminate the experience. The student will appreciate the complexities of the organic agriculture industry and the ease with which they can grow their own food. The course is entirely lab with 2 hours per week spent in the garden. When Offered: Fall yearly
